Residential Care Homes
Residential care home communities are often referred to as care homes, board and care homes, personal care homes or group homes. This type of care is typically in a private home in a residential neighborhood that has been modeled to cater to group senior living. These living quarters mimic the features of an assisted living community but with a more residential style environment. Due to the size of a private home, these residences typically house 10 or fewer residents at a time. The intimate setting is a great way for the residents to build friendships with each other and feel like a family while also having the supervision and help they need.
